Your return

You can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving the goods if you use the return label provided by us. To create a return, please enter your order or invoice number and your surname in the fields below. Then select the item and quantity you wish to return.

Your claim

If your item is damaged or defective, please send us an e-mail to shop@claas.com. Please state the order number and ideally send us a photo of the faulty item.
