Your return

You may return articles from your order within 14 days after delivery. CLAAS will deduct 2.95 euros from the refund to cover the direct costs of the return incurred when using the return label provided by CLAAS.

To create a return, please enter your order or invoice number and your surname in the fields below. Then select the item and quantity you wish to return.

Your claim

If your item is damaged or defective, please send us an e-mail to shop@claas.com. Please state the order number and ideally send us a photo of the faulty item.
