Your Return
You may return goods from your order within 14 days after delivery at no additional costs, if the return sticker we have provided is used for the return delivery.
In order to create a return, please fill in the fields below with your order number and your surname. Please select the article and the quantity you would like to return.
The return note and the return sticker will appear after a successful completion. Please print out both of these directly from the browser. The documents will not be sent by mail. Please place the return note in your package with your return article(s). If possible, please use the original packaging to return your goods. Your local DHL will be more than happy to take your package. Please search for a DHL in your neighbourhood.
